  • Use our Word document template and simple instructions to do a professional “merge”  document proposal that will save you from the time and energy involved in typing and  formatting.

The difference between obtaining a top location at a favorable rate and terms is often  dependent upon how the landlord perceives you as a tenant.  In Step 6, we will show you all  the things to include with your proposal that will help convince the landlord to negotiate  the most attractive deal for you.  The goal in this step is to show you how to make the  landlord really want you as a tenant – and therefore be willing to grant you more  concessions than they otherwise would.
