You'll need to verify with each broker whether the information is updated and current.  Many companies only update their information periodically.

Through many residential websites, you'll be able to search the residential MLS (Multiple Listing Service) which only accounts for approximately 5% of all available commercial space.

A Transtar broker will also search non-public commercial databases on your behalf.
